Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Gandhinagar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for a IT company, managing client accounts, and generating leads. Day-to-day duties include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing strategies to drive growth, and ensuring successful end-to-end management of business opportunities.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 3+ years in B2B/B2C sales/marketing (IT/digital services preferred)

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: MBA (Marketing/Business) – Mandatory

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: On-site (Gandhinagar, Gujarat)

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲: Abbey Global Services Private Limited

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: Drive sales growth for web development, software, SEO, and digital marketing services through lead generation, client outreach, and deal closure.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

• Research prospects and generate leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Conduct client meetings, demos, and prepare proposals with technical teams.
• Manage sales pipeline, track performance, and meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships and support marketing campaigns.
• Analyse market trends and competitors in the IT/digital space.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• MBA completed from a recognized institution.
• 3+ years B2B sales experience; IT/digital agency background preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills (Excel, LinkedIn tools).
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
