Role Overview:

Marketing Executive - Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach schools, colleges, and student communities for seminars and workshops
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional decision-makers
• Promote Aaoseekhe’s programs like 

  ASSET

  , 

  Study Abroad

  , and 

  Skill-building Bootcamps

• Drive outreach campaigns (field visits, calls, emails, social media messages)
• Maintain a database of leads, meetings, and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of seminars
• Report daily progress and feedback to the core team
• Represent Aaoseekhe at events and educational fairs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and networking flair
• Must own a laptop and a two-wheeler (travel reimbursement will be provided)
• Proficient in Hindi & English
• Comfortable with field visits across Lucknow and nearby areas
• Prior experience in education marketing or EdTech is a plus

Compensation:

• Fixed monthly stipend/salary based on experience
