Key Account Marketing Manager

As a Key Account Manager in Marketing at AaoSeekhe, you will play a crucial role in driving high-volume lead generation and managing key outreach activities to support the expansion of the platform. Your primary goal will be to collect a minimum of 6000 qualified leads per month. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and execute marketing activities to achieve the monthly target of 4000+ verified leads. - Build and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, training centers, and other channels for data collection. - Coordinate and supervise marketing interns/outreach teams for on-ground lead collection. - Track daily lead numbers, maintain reports, and ensure data quality. - Develop new ideas and local campaigns to increase lead flow. - Nurture relationships with key academic institutions for continuous lead pipelines. - Collaborate with the sales & counseling teams to align lead requirements. - Ensure brand visibility through on-ground marketing activities. Requirements: - MBA passouts and Immediate Joiner - Experience in lead generation, field marketing, or key account handling. - Strong communication (Mandatory), coordination, and negotiation skills. - Ability to meet aggressive targets with a problem-solving mindset. - Willingness to travel locally for on-ground activities.
