Key Account Manager – Marketing

Role: Key Account Manager – Marketing

Primary Goal: Collect minimum 6000 qualified leads per month

4 LPA fixed + 50K retention bonus + 1.5Lakhs Variable Pay

Location: Lucknow

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute marketing activities to achieve the

  monthly target of 4000+ verified leads

  .
• Build and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, training centres, and other channels for data collection.
• Coordinate and supervise marketing interns/outreach teams for on-ground lead collection.
• Track daily lead numbers, maintain reports, and ensure data quality.
• Develop new ideas and local campaigns to increase lead flow.
• Nurture relationships with key academic institutions for continuous lead pipelines.
• Collaborate with the sales & counselling teams to align lead requirements.
• Ensure brand visibility through on-ground marketing activities.

Requirements

• MBA passouts and Immediate Joiner

• Experience in lead generation, field marketing, or key account handling.

• Strong communication(Mandatory)

  , coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet aggressive targets with a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally for on-ground activities.
