We're Hiring: Business Development Associate (Remote - Kerala-based) Company: 90+3 Sports Location: Remote (must be based in Kerala, preferably Trivandrum) Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) About the Role: 90+3 Sports is looking for a driven, energetic, and people-focused Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You’ll be the face of our outreach efforts - visiting schools, speaking with decision-makers, and driving sign-ups for our programs. While Trivandrum will be your starting ground, you’ll soon have the opportunity to expand your reach across Kerala. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building connections, enjoys taking ownership of targets, and wants to grow with an ambitious sports management company. What You'll Do: Visit schools, educational institutions, and key stakeholders to pitch and onboard them into our programs Build and maintain strong relationships with school executives and decision-makers Manage outreach pipelines, schedule meetings, and follow up with leads Work across multiple ongoing projects, helping us drive participation and partnerships Share market insights and feedback from field visits to help shape strategy Coordinate remotely with our internal team and ensure timely reporting Attend mandatory team meetings every 2 days to align on goals and progress Who You Are: A natural communicator who can confidently engage in face-to-face conversations Fluent in English and Malayalam. Proficiency in additional regional languages is a strong advantage Organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and projects Willing to travel locally (initially in Trivandrum, later across Kerala) Experience in sales, outreach, education, or sports-related work is a plus—but not required Passion for sports and youth development is a big bonus What We Offer: Flexible remote work setup (except for field visits) Travel and field-related expenses covered Opportunities to grow into strategic business roles as we expand Work with a young, dynamic team shaping grassroots sports in India Interested?
