SUMMARY

Business Development Professional / Client Acquisition (Non-IT Staffing)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to drive client acquisition and business expansion in the Non-IT Staffing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing business development activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams for successful service delivery.

Identify and acquire new clients for the Non-IT Staffing business.

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.

Generate potential client leads, establish relationships, and arrange meetings.

Collaborate with Operations and Delivery teams to discuss client demands and ensure fulfillment.

Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking and market research.

Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
