About the Role:

Lead Generation Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients across target industries and regions.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other digital tools.
  • Qualify prospects based on company size, business needs, and service fit.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and contact information.
  • Support marketing efforts by following up on inbound inquiries and event-based leads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and lead handoff.
  • Assist in preparing basic sales reports and performance metrics.

  • Voice Solutions:

    VoIP / SIP Trunks / Hosted PBX / On-Prem PBX / POTS Analog / POTS Replacement (POTS-in-a-Box)
  • Connectivity & Networking:

    4G/5G Cellular Failover, Managed Router, SD-WAN, HSIA (Wi-Fi)
  • Security & Media:

    Security Camera Solutions, Digital Signage / Media Solutions, Free-To-Guest Television
  • Managed & Support Services:

    Break/Fix Dispatch Services, Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Help Desk


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Experience:

    Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical ability.
  • Comfort with calling and engaging with decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn about telecom and managed IT services.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to meet targets.
