Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Telecom & Managed IT Services) Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Mohali Experience Level: Fresher / 0–1 Year Experience Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying potential business leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the senior sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are looking to build a career in B2B sales within the telecommunications and managed IT services industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential clients across target industries and regions. Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other digital tools. Qualify prospects based on company size, business needs, and service fit. Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team. Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and contact information. Support marketing efforts by following up on inbound inquiries and event-based leads. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and lead handoff. Assist in preparing basic sales reports and performance metrics. Services You Will Be Promoting: Internet Services: Wireline Internet – Fiber, Cable, DIA, and more Voice Solutions: VoIP / SIP Trunks / Hosted PBX / On-Prem PBX / POTS Analog / POTS Replacement (POTS-in-a-Box) Connectivity & Networking: 4G/5G Cellular Failover, Managed Router, SD-WAN, HSIA (Wi-Fi) Security & Media: Security Camera Solutions, Digital Signage / Media Solutions, Free-To-Guest Television Managed & Support Services: Break/Fix Dispatch Services, Telecom Expense Management (TEM), Help Desk Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent). Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong research and analytical ability. Comfort with calling and engaging with decision-makers. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage.
