Job Description – Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and build long-term relationships with business owners. The role focuses on B2B SaaS sales, client communication, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for SaaS and B2B software products
  • Connect with business owners via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions
  • Conduct product demos and explain features, pricing, and benefits
  • Follow up with prospects and close sales within assigned targets
  • Maintain and update leads in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with marketing, support, and product teams
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or software sales preferred
  • Ability to handle outbound calls and follow-ups professionally
  • Good understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling

Good to Have

  • Experience selling software to gyms, salons, clinics, or service businesses
  • Knowledge of SaaS subscription models
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Zoom, or Google Meet demos
