The Business Development Consultant role is an integral part of the Consulting Commercial Team by building effective internal and external stakeholder relationships throughout the sales cycle. The Business Development Consultant works closely with Account Executives, Digital Transformation Advisors and Solution Principals to drive the Implementation portion of deals across the various sales stages to closure and customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to enable desired business outcomes.
Frequently interact with client or prospect stakeholders, business and IT teams throughout the deal cycle, and travel onsite as needed.
Leverage assertiveness and emotional intelligence to work with peers and internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Consulting, Product and Management.
Work alongside AE, DTA and SP to move opportunities through the pipeline to successful deal closure.
Understand the details of client business processes and HighRadius solution space to effectively advise client or prospect and scope engagements that drive value, speed of implementation, and ROI for all parties.
Build accurate Services quotes, proposals, and negotiate statements of work.
Support the creation and standardization of the assets, tools and methodologies needed for the commercial team practice to grow and improve.
Be an eager learner and keep up to date on HighRadius products, capabilities and services.
Overall 2-6 years of professional services experience
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (preferably from a top reputed university)
Location: Hyderabad
Strong analytical and communication skills are required. North American and European client facing experience is a plus.
