Business Development Consultant

As a representative of Form Factors Design Studio (FFDS), your role involves engaging with potential clients to showcase our architectural and interior design services. You will be responsible for initiating outreach, setting up meetings, and contributing to deal closures. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and interest in connecting with people will be key assets in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to introduce FFDS services to leads, arranging meetings and walkthroughs for the founders/design team with prospective clients, and ensuring consistent follow-up to schedule appointments. Additionally, you will participate in initial client meetings, brief clients on FFDS offerings and value propositions, and assist in the presentation of design proposals and quotations. It will be essential to maintain updated lead data and client notes in a shared tracker or CRM system, as well as prepare summary reports on outreach efforts and conversion status. To excel in this position, you should possess either fresh perspective or up to 3 years of experience in real estate, interiors, business development, or sales. Proficiency in spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi is a requirement, along with a confident and well-groomed demeanor. Your ability to engage in cold calling, pitch ideas effectively, and demonstrate familiarity with Thane, Mumbai, and Navi Mumbai geography will be advantageous. Moreover, a willingness to engage in field visits and adapt to a hybrid working style is essential. An interest in the architecture and interiors industry, particularly a passion for design, would be a valuable asset.
