· Acquisition of new business and work towards developing markets and segments for Care Advisory.
· Achieving Revenue targets and Profitability as per the business plan.
· Candidate should have strong relationships and experience in Large & Mid corporates and BFSI segment in West region.
· Co-ordinating with Top Management of different verticals for smooth execution of strategy.
· Team handling skills – candidate may be required to handle a team and region.
· Client Relationship Management – track record of handling large clients relationships.
· Candidate should have capability to develop a business plan and executing the same.
· Implementation and tracking of strategic plans and agenda of the organisation pertaining to ESG Advisory and Industry Research segments.
· Highly proactive and Self – motivated

· Team handling experience
· Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines situations
· Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Confident & Team Player
· MBA / PGDM or equivalent with relevant experience
