Business Development Associate (UPSC Segment)

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Identify and engage potential learners for UPSC preparation programs through strategic outreach across platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal CRM databases.

• Drive student acquisition and enrollment for Prepp IAS by effectively communicating the value proposition of our courses tailored to UPSC aspirants.

• Utilize CRM tools like

  LeadSquared

  to manage and track the entire lead lifecycle—from first contact to conversion—ensuring no drop-offs and timely follow-ups.

• Execute high-quality counseling sessions (telephonic/video) to understand aspirants' preparation goals and recommend suitable courses or packages.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the

  UPSC exam pattern

  , student pain points, and the competitive landscape in the EdTech space.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to give feedback on campaigns and product features based on real-time market insights.

• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets on lead engagement, conversion rates, and revenue generation.

• Prepare reports and dashboards on sales metrics, lead conversion, and CRM hygiene for internal review.

• Stay updated on Prepp IAS offerings, pricing models, and unique differentiators to present tailored solutions to prospects.

• Represent the brand with integrity and a deep understanding of the
