We are hiring for a Business Development Associate ( Sales /Admission counsellor ) (Full-time, On-site) role located in Indore.
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Daily tasks will include developing strategies to attract new clients, communicating effectively with potential and existing clients, and conducting presentations to promote the company's services.
You will be at the forefront of driving student enrolments and building meaningful relationships. This role is perfect for individuals who are energetic, persuasive, and target-driven with a passion for education and sales.
📍 Location: BPK Titanium, 5th-floor Next-Coworks, Scheme-78, Vijay Nagar, Indore (M.P)
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per Month (Based on experience and knowledge) + Incentives
Requirements :
Lead Generation and Market Research skills
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
Ability to create engaging presentations
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Previous experience in business development or sales is a plus
Additional Requirements:
Must be open to relocating to Indore
