Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and results-driven Career Development Executives/Officers to join our Sales (Business Development) team.
You will be responsible for connecting with working professionals, understanding their upskilling needs, and guiding them toward the right higher education programs offered through Jaro Education’s prestigious academic partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect daily with a minimum of 80 working professionals from the database/leads provided via the LeadSquared CRM.
• Identify the need for upskilling based on each candidate’s professional background and career goals.
• Provide detailed information about various programs through phone calls, video counselling, or in-person meetings.
• Create and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent enrolments.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for student enrolments.
• Handle the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and counselling to final enrolment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or counselling roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (LeadSquared preferred).
