Job Title: Business Development Associate – Linen Management Solutions Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka About Linengrass: Linengrass.com is a sustainable B2B linen leasing and laundry service for hotels, offering end-to-end Linen-as-a-Service solutions. We help hotels reduce costs, improve hygiene, and enhance guest experience. With a growing network of top hotel brands, Linengrass is revolutionizing hotel linen management in India. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Associate to identify and convert new hotel clients. The ideal candidate will visit hotels, meet decision-makers (General Managers, Executive Housekeepers, Owners), pitch our linen management services, and close deals. Candidates with prior experience in the hospitality industry or hotel operations will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new hotel leads (independent hotels, chains, boutique properties) in Bengaluru. Schedule and conduct on-site meetings, presentations, and product demos with GMs, EHKs, and hotel owners. Understand client needs and recommend customised linen management solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company guidelines. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Represent Linengrass at industry events, hotel trade shows, and networking opportunities. Provide market insights to help shape sales strategies and service offerings. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 1–4 years in hotel sales/business development, hotel operations, or B2B sales in the hospitality sector. Prior roles in OYO, FabHotels, Treebo, MakeMyTrip, hotel sales, or housekeeping operations are highly desirable. Strong network of hotel industry contacts is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with frequent travel. Ability to understand hotel operations and present value-driven solutions. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. Compensation: Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
