Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new hotel leads (independent hotels, chains, boutique properties) in Bengaluru. Schedule and conduct on-site meetings, presentations, and product demos with GMs, EHKs, and hotel owners. Understand client needs and recommend customised linen management solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company guidelines. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Represent Linengrass at industry events, hotel trade shows, and networking opportunities. Provide market insights to help shape sales strategies and service offerings. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 1–4 years in hotel sales/business development, hotel operations, or B2B sales in the hospitality sector. Prior roles in OYO, FabHotels, Treebo, MakeMyTrip, hotel sales, or housekeeping operations are highly desirable. Strong network of hotel industry contacts is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with frequent travel. We combine technology, RFID tracking, and sustainable practices to help hotels maintain the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations for our hotel linen services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth inventory management, staff supervision, and timely dispatch to hotel clients. Candidates with prior experience in the hotel industry or hospitality logistics will be strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, storage, and dispatch of clean linen. Ensure inventory tracking and proper documentation of all linen movements. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse facility. Dispatch & Logistics: Plan and execute timely dispatches of linen to hotel clients. Coordinate with drivers, dispatch staff, and hotel teams to ensure accurate delivery schedules. Monitor vehicle loading/unloading for accuracy and efficiency. Inventory Management: Track incoming and outgoing stock, reconcile daily inventory, and flag discrepancies. Staff Supervision: Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, loaders, and dispatch personnel. Create shift schedules and assign duties to maintain smooth operations. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 2–5 years in warehouse management, hotel housekeeping operations, or logistics. Preference for candidates with experience in OYO, FabHotels, Treebo, laundry operations, or hotel supply chains. Strong knowledge of inventory control, dispatch planning, and staff supervision. Hands-on experience with ERP systems or RFID tracking is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
