Job Description

A Business Development Associate (BDA) helps a company grow by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting sales. Key responsibilities include market research, developing strategies, nurturing leads, negotiating deals, and working with sales and marketing teams. Strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement are essential for this role.  Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Nurturing: Finding and contacting prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.  Market Research: Analyzing markets and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and growth potential.  Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.  Sales Support: Collaborating with sales teams to convert leads into customers and to meet sales targets.  Strategy & Planning: Assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.  Negotiation: Negotiating terms and pricing with clients to close deals.
