Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with 2–5 years of experience to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proven track record business development.

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with external stakeholders.
• Develop partnership proposals, MoUs, and joint-growth plans.
• Prepare research-based reports and business intelligence insights for leadership teams.
• Support the development and execution of business strategies, expansion plans, and new initiatives.
• Identify new business verticals, geographies, or service lines.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
• Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to internal SOP creation, workflow optimization, and cross-functional alignment.
• Prepare internal reports, analysis documents, and board-level briefs.
• Maintain accurate records of discussions, partnership details, and project updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
