About the Role We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the company’s long-term success. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends Present product/service demonstrations to clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for proposal development Negotiate contracts and close deals Provide feedback to management about client needs and market trends Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships Goal-oriented and self-motivated Good negotiation and convincing abilities Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Salary Range ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives Job Location Hyderabad - Ecil Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Provident Fund Work Location: In person
