Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our team. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and student counseling to enrollment conversion. You will play a key role in increasing our learner base and representing DataTeach.ai in a professional and impactful manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various sales channels.
  • Conduct counseling sessions with prospects and clearly explain DataTeach.ai programs.
  • Understand learner needs and recommend the most suitable course offerings.
  • Convert leads to enrolled students through strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up consistently with potential learners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Represent DataTeach.ai with professionalism and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in webinars, workshops, and outreach campaigns when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or inside sales — EdTech sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical training programs (Data Science, AI, ML, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with using CRM tools and maintaining sales pipelines.
  • Fluent in English; Hindi/Telugu added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,406.54 - ₹41,744.78 per month
