Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through cold calls or online channels. Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka Academic Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year in EdTech sales Package: ₹3.3 LPA Probation Period: 2 Months (Mandatory) Targets: ₹2,10,000 revenue per month Working Details Training Period: First 10 days unpaid Working Days: 6 days/week Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM Attendance & Consistency: Maintain at least 90% attendance/consistency during probation. Only 1–2 leaves allowed in the first month for exceptional circumstances. Key Responsibilities Gain an in-depth understanding of all products and services offered by Skill Intern Pvt. Ltd. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet organizational targets and drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, cold calling, networking, and outreach campaigns. Acquire new clients via direct engagement, referrals, and coordination with the marketing team. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and trust. Recommend relevant product upgrades and additional services tailored to client needs. Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction.
