Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Strategist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals via cold calls or online channels. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Academic Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation Key Responsibilities : Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and online channels. Understand customer requirements and present suitable Skill Intern programs. Achieve monthly revenue targets of ₹1,50,000. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Track sales activities and report performance to the manager. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies. Selection & Employment Details Selection Process: HR Interview Round Training Period: First 10 days (unpaid) Working Days: 6 days/week Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Package for Fresher’s: ₹2,20,000 per annum Probation Period: 3 Months (Mandatory) Attendance & Consistency: Maintain at least 90% consistency during probation to secure full-time employment. Only 1–2 leaves allowed in the first month under exceptional circumstances. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and result-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and target-driven.
