Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 3–6 years of experience in international sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and managing the full sales cycle for global markets including the US, UK, and other regions.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and generate new business opportunities via platforms like Upwork, Guru, LinkedIn, Clutch, and Salesforce.
· Drive lead generation efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking activities.
· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach.
· Manage end-to-end sales cycle: from initial contact to closing deals.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients globally.
· Represent Shaip in a professional manner at virtual events, meetings, and other networking opportunities.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
· Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Desired Candidate Profile
· 3–6 years of proven experience in international business development and sales.
· Prior exposure to global markets, especially US and UK sales.
· Experience in cold calling, client pitching, and negotiation.
· Strong understanding of tools like Salesforce, Upwork, Guru, and other sales/CRM platforms.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
· Exposure to AI/ML data services or B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
