In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering top talent for our global hiring needs. This position requires a hands-on expert in international sourcing, a strong communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source and engage candidates using diverse channels including international job portals, social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), referrals, internal databases, career pages, and on-ground efforts. Signing MOU with universities and colleges. Manage the end-to-end staffing lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring demands and role requirements.
