Job Description

Business Development Executive – Fabrication (Junior Level)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Work Nature & Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying new business opportunities in fabrication works (MS/SS, structural steel, bending, welding).
Support lead generation through calls, emails, site visits, and client follow-ups.
Help in understanding drawings, BOQs, and client requirements with guidance from seniors.
Assist in preparing quotations and proposals in coordination with estimation and production teams.
Maintain sales MIS, enquiry logs, and follow-up records.
Coordinate internally with production and planning teams for order execution.
Support senior executives during client meetings and negotiations.

Qualification:

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
Basic knowledge of fabrication processes is an advantage.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn fabrication costing and sales processes.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings (or readiness to learn).
MS Excel and basic computer skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,322.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
