Fabrication_Production supervisor

A Fabrication Supervisor oversees and coordinates the fabrication of products, ensuring they meet quality standards and production targets. They manage teams, ensure safety and quality, and may also be involved in process improvement and cost reduction.

• Supervising and managing a fabrication team:

This includes assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient workflows.

• Ensuring quality and compliance:

This involves inspecting finished products, adhering to safety standards, and implementing corrective actions for any issues.

• Managing resources and costs:

This can involve optimizing production schedules, monitoring costs, and recommending improvements to reduce waste and rework.

• Coordinating with other departments:

This may include working with engineers, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

• Improving production processes:

This can involve identifying and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and reduce production costs.

• Ensuring safety and compliance:

This includes implementing and maintaining safety procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and conducting safety inspections.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
