Business Development Associate Masters Mohali, Noida Description: Roles and Responsibilities Maintain regular follow-up with clients post-meetings to address questions, provide additional information, and push the sales process forward. Effectively handle objections and negotiate to close deals Use persuasive techniques to convert leads into customers, ensuring high conversion rates. Solid understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong ability to follow up with leads and clients regularly, ensuring momentum throughout the sales cycle. Skilled negotiator with the ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Requirements: Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
