Job Description

Learn Basics a division of "Lighting Bees Private Limited", is a leading ed-tech start-up founded by NIT-T and IIT alumni, dedicated to transforming education. Our unique accelerator program bridges "knowledge gaps" in Math and Science using personalized data-driven insights, and high-quality content. Our innovative approach has consistently driven significant improvements in students’ performance over the past four years, redefining the learning experience and making a lasting impact. We are in our growth phase; we are looking for a candidate who can work with our co-founders in the Business Development Processes.  Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Market Research & Lead Generation - Conduct thorough research to identify, evaluate, and categorize potential schools. 2. Appointment Scheduling - Initiate and fix appointments over the call with school authorities ahead of visits to ensure organized and productive meetings. 3. Stakeholder Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact during school outreach. Ensure all communication is professional, clear, and tailored to stakeholder needs through calls and mail. 4. Relationship Building - Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with school authorities and staff to foster trust and potential partnerships. 5. Sales Planning - Work closely with the co-founders to plan and support the business development roadmap for Learn Basics for the academic year 2026-2027. 6. Competitor Awareness - Stay updated about the Ed-Tech landscape and competitors' offerings to effectively position Learn Basics and tailor conversations accordingly. 7. CRM & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of interactions and insights using CRM tools. Log daily visits, updates, and engagement details consistently. 8. Process Documentation - Create and maintain well-structured documentation of outreach efforts, school interactions, and progress to ensure transparency and ease of access. 9. Organizational Discipline - Ensure all activities, reports, and data are systematically stored, organized, and retrievable for performance tracking and future reference.
