Business Development Associate Intern

Your primary tasks will include conducting cold calling campaigns, engaging with candidates to understand their skills and aspirations, communicating job opportunities, building and maintaining candidate relationships, collaborating with the recruitment team, and providing timely updates on outreach efforts. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
