What will you be doing?

  • Acting as a mentor & guide and being a source of career advice for potential learners.
  • Counselling learning prospects, offering career advice and providing a sense of how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their career.
  • Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
  • Taking responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned leads. Phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management fall under this category.
  • Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team.
  • Carrying weekly revenue and enrollment targets.

  • A sales mindset, to effectively communicate NxtWave’s offerings to its prospective learners and achieve revenue targets
  • Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times
  • Sales Experience with the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.

Languages Known:

  • Native speaker of

    Hindi .

  • Proficiency in English will be an advantage.

CTC: Earn up-to 6LPA including performance-based Incentives

  • You will first undergo a 2-month internship period with a monthly stipend of 15,000 (Rupees fifteen thousand).
  • Allowances are Accommodation allowance - 10000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) per month for 2 months in the internship time
  • Travel allowance - 3000/- (Three Thousand) (One time)
  • If you continue to perform consistently well during this internship, you will become eligible for a full-time employment opportunity at NxtWave with a fixed salary of 3.6 LPA and a performance-based variable component of up to 2.4 LPA, totaling up to 6 LPA per annum.

Work Location & Working Days:

  • Work from office
  • Hyderabad Location
  • 6-Day working (Saturday is week off)
  • During the internship and work period after employment, the working hours are from

    11:30 AM to 9:30 PM
