Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), your main role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve growth targets, identify new opportunities, and expand market reach. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. - Identifying and pursuing new business leads through various channels such as networking, research, and marketing efforts. - Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making. - Creating comprehensive business proposals and presentations to showcase solutions and attract interest from potential clients. - Conducting consultative sales meetings, negotiating pricing, and closing deals to meet sales targets. - Collaborating with sales, marketing, product management, and other teams to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer experience. - Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyzing results to enhance strategies. Additionally, the preferred language for this role is Hindi, and the work location is remote. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule and a morning shift. Performance bonuses may also be applicable.,
