Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, analyzing market trends, creating proposals, and collaborating with various teams to achieve organizational objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business growth targets and expand market reach. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. - Identifying and pursuing new business leads through networking, research, and marketing efforts. - Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities. - Creating comprehensive business proposals and presentations to showcase solutions and attract potential clients. - Conducting consultative sales meetings, negotiating pricing, and closing deals to meet sales targets. - Collaborating with sales, marketing, product management, and other teams to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience. - Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyzing results to enhance strategies. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule and morning shift. Performance bonuses are provided based on achievements. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
