Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Field Work:

  A core part of your role will involve being on the ground. You will identify and connect with local brands and businesses that want to put their ads on our digital screens. You will be responsible for proactively finding these opportunities and building a pipeline of potential clients.

• Sales Cycle Management:

  Manage the entire sales process, from the initial contact to successful deal closure.

• Client Engagement:

  Conduct professional meetings, presentations, and client visits to effectively showcase the benefits of our advertising solutions.

• Negotiation & Closing:

  Develop and negotiate contracts, handle objections, and secure new business deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

• Reporting:

  Track your daily activities and sales progress, and provide regular reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:

  Graduate (in any field).

• Experience:

  1-5 years of proven experience in business development or a similar client-facing sales role.

• Skills:

  Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Language:

  Basic proficiency in English (both written and verbal) ,

  Knowledge of Rajasthani is an advantage.

• Personal Attributes:

  A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
