This role is for one of our partnered education clients. You will be driving subscription conversions, customer engagement, and revenue growth by interacting with existing learners & parents and positioning continued learning programs.

• Initiate timely outreach to enrolled customers to continue or upgrade their learning plans
• Understand learner progress & confidently present the value of ongoing programs
• Pitch suitable add-ons, upgrades & higher-tier learning modules
• Record customer insights to improve sales & retention strategies
• Maintain accurate pipeline, follow-ups & interactions using CRM tools
• Build lasting relationships with families through transparent, supportive communication

• Excellent communication and persuasive sales approach
• Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
• Results-oriented, structured & proactive
• Strong belief in education & skills development
