Location: KochiExperience: 1–3 yearsWorking days: Monday–Saturday

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join a fast-growing online learning platform based in Kochi. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in inside sales and experience using CRM tools, who are passionate about delivering value through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with potential learners to understand their needs and recommend appropriate learning solutionsManage the complete sales process from lead generation to closingUse CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales performanceConsistently meet and exceed sales targetsBuild strong, trust-based relationships with customers through a solution-oriented approach

Requirements
