Job Description

This full-time role for an Advertising Business Development Associate based out of Mumbai. The associate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, & building strong client relationships.
Role & core responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Lead and manage the full cycle of lead generation activities, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and strategic guidance.
Develop compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Maintain a database using organizational skills to streamline client acquisition processes.
Additionally, ability to identify client’s creative requirements and upsell/ cross sell the agency’s services to a wide range of companies across sectors.

Preferred candidate profile:

1-3 years’ experience of driving business growth in the advertising sector.
Strong understanding of the advertising landscape and market trends.
Possess business contacts or the zest to develop the same.
Completed BMM/ BMS. MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional negotiation and client management skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Working knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi.
Based out of Mumbai (Thane & Navi Mumbai) and willing to travel across the MMR for client meets.

Salary range: ₹ 3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 paVarious Bonuses (additional)
