The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver at heart who thrives in a team environment. You will help create and manage relationships with new clients through networking, and lead generation.

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain a database using your organizational skills to streamline client acquisition processes
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate firms
• Create and execute business development strategies to achieve targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of the advertising landscape and market trends

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years experience of driving business growth in the advertising world
• Possess business contacts or the zest to develop corporate relations
• BMM/ BMS with prior experience in advertising industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• A desire to learn and grow

How your day will look like as a CAA

• Work on building relations with prospective companies
• Develop and implement business development strategies
• Set-up/ attend meetings with the client
• Be available for client calls and resolve issues pertaining to any ambiguity
• Once a week in-person meet for strategizing
