Sr. Manager / Lead Client Servicing (Corporate Events)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  client relationships

  for key corporate accounts, translating brand objectives into experiential programs.
• Oversee

  cross-functional teams

  (creative, production, operations, etc.) for integrated event delivery.
• Identify and drive

  business expansion

  opportunities within existing client portfolios.
• Develop and manage

  event budgets

  , ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Act as the

  single point of contact (SPOC)

  for all client communications and expectations.
• Supervise

  end-to-end event lifecycle

  - from ideation to execution and post-event evaluation.
• Guide creative direction for

  corporate activations, leadership summits, product launches

  , and more.
• Implement

  risk management, contingency planning, and compliance standards

  for all events.
• Lead

  on-ground teams

  to ensure seamless delivery, safety, and operational excellence.
• Produce project documentation - SOWs, event reports, post-event learnings, and process improvements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of experience in

  event management and client servicing

  (corporate/experiential).
• Strong client management, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
• Deep understanding of

  corporate event formats

  , compliance, and branding strategies.
• Expertise in

  budget management, vendor coordination

  , and resource allocation.
• Proficiency with

  project management tools

  and MS Office suite.
• Proven ability to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
