Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to drive market expansion and strengthen our presence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through outreach efforts including calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Assist in developing sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Support business development strategies and contribute to revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (freshers welcome if skilled).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc., preferred).
  • High level of motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
  • Understanding of the industry/company product domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, target-driven environments.
