We’re hiring a Business Development Executives who is Enthusiastic to drive new business, manage customer relationships, and support technical sales for our Machine Tools & Accessories portfolio. This position blends office-based lead generation with on-site customer visits for demos and order closure.
Key Responsibilities
Generate/qualify leads via calls, emails, and online prospecting
Understand customer machining needs and recommend suitable tools
Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate follow-ups
Maintain CRM entries, sales pipeline, and reporting
Visit customers to understand applications and provide product presentations
Support technical discussions and live demonstrations
Build strong relationships with machine shops, OEMs, dealers, and industrial end-users
Drive order closure and ensure post-sale coordination with service/operations teams
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (preferred)
1–5 years experience in machine tools, CNC, tooling, or industrial equipment sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to understand machining processes (turning, milling, drilling, fixturing, etc.)
Comfortable with regular customer visits within assigned territory
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
