Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate who understands the pulse of the creative and marketing industry. If you have the hunger to close deals, build client relationships, and grow with one of India's most innovative creative-tech agencies, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard potential clients across sectors (FMCG, Lifestyle, Tech, D2C, etc.)
• Prepare customized sales pitches, proposals, and case studies with support from the creative team
• Follow up consistently to close leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver effective campaigns and proposals
• Track and report KPIs and sales metrics using internal dashboards
• Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and brand activity to pitch proactively

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in a business development role, preferably in the creative agency, influencer marketing, advertising, or digital marketing industry
• Location: Only candidates currently based in Delhi will be considered
• System: Must have your own working laptop/system
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Confident in pitching to brands, agencies, and CXO-level executives
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Must be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
