We're on the lookout for a Business Development Associate who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and has a deep pulse on the marketing industry. 🔍 Your Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard clients across FMCG, lifestyle, tech, D2C, real estate, and more. Create customized sales pitches, proposals, and case studies. Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and upselling. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams for campaign execution. Track KPIs and maintain sales dashboards. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to pitch proactively. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years in a BD role at a creative agency, digital marketing firm, or influencer marketing company. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Confident in pitching to brands, agencies, and senior decision-makers. Organized, self-driven, and collaborative.
