Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our market presence, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, pitch solutions, close deals, and contribute to long-term organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product/service pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align strategies and meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
