Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Execute result based business development strategies to achieve and surpass admission targets within the time. Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with leadership to align business goals with the college’s vision. Marketing and Promotions Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote programs across multiple platforms. Build strategic partnerships with educational consultants, corporate entities, and institutions. Organize and lead impactful events such as seminars, webinars, education fairs, and campus tours. Relationship Building Foster meaningful connections with prospective students, parents, and external stakeholders. Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the college’s values and unique offerings. Ensure a seamless and supportive admission experience for all applicants. Admissions Management Oversee the complete admissions process, ensuring efficiency and transparency. Track and analyze admission metrics to assess performance and refine strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the admission journey. Team Empowerment Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development team to excel in their roles. Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities in marketing and relationship management. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment. Eligibility Criteria Education : Postgraduate degree in Business Administration/ Marketing, or experince in education institute administration. Experience : Minimum 5–7 years in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in the education sector. Skills : Strategic thinking with excellent execution capabilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems. Passion for education and an innovative mindset.
