Must Have : Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the US Affiliate marketing industry across multiple verticals. Experience in scaling offers and building strong Advertisers & Affiliates relationships. Proven track record of managing and optimizing affiliate campaigns across multiple verticals, including but not limited to health & wellness, finance, e-commerce, and lead generation. Successfully scaled affiliate programs from the ground up, increasing monthly revenue through data-driven strategy, A/B testing, and partner acquisition. Deep understanding of affiliate tracking platforms such as HasOffers, Everflow, and Cake for campaign optimization. Built and maintained long-term relationships with top-tier affiliates and advertisers, consistently ensuring alignment on KPIs and delivering value on both ends. Negotiated competitive payouts and exclusive offers, boosting affiliate engagement and retention. Hands-on experience with compliance monitoring, fraud detection, and maintaining clean traffic sources across performance marketing campaigns. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for identifying new partnership opportunities and expanding existing ones. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and tech teams to develop high-converting landing pages and promotional assets tailored to affiliate audiences. Proficient in launching and optimizing CPL, CPA, CPS, and RevShare campaigns, tailored to each partner’s traffic and monetization model. Up to date with industry trends, FTC guidelines, and affiliate marketing best practices, ensuring compliance and maximizing opportunity in a constantly evolving landscape. Show more Show less
