Business Development

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional who can effectively combine business analysis and business development responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis:

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and reports to support project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA) to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Assist in creating project proposals, estimates, and timelines.

Business Development:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain records in CRM systems.

Pay: ₹12,269.66 - ₹50,543.70 per month
