Job Description

Location: Kolkata

Type of contract: Full-Time

Office Hour: 5:00pm to 1:00am including break time.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred

(UK USA Accent Preferrable)

A Tele Calling Executive will have responsibility of calling to leads as cold calling to promote and sell Software Development Services Digital Marketing Services and generate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the US market to generate leads and promote our software development and digital marketing services.
Engage and build rapport with prospects, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in website development and digital marketing.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and lead conversions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and optimize outreach efforts.
Address client queries and concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Availability to work US shift hours: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (IST).
Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven experience in cold calling, particularly in the software development domain.

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Active listening and empathy.
USA UK accent preferable
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Adequate knowledge on Google Sheet, Excel and Internet browsing.
Multitasking and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum educational requirement: Graduation.
Prior experience in a customer service role (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Experience: 1-3yrs.
