Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Entry-Level Business Development Analyst (BDA) to join our growth team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is eager to contribute to strategic decision-making and business expansion by leveraging strong research and data analysis skills. You'll be instrumental in supporting senior leadership by turning market data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Fresher BDA, your primary focus will be on research, data support, and presentation creation:

• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential new client segments to identify business opportunities.
• Assist in analyzing sales data and business performance metrics to identify key trends and areas for growth.
• Gather and organize data related to potential partners, clients, and new markets.

Reporting & Presentation:

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to perform data manipulation, create spreadsheets, build financial models (basic), and develop visually clear charts and graphs for analysis.
• Design and deliver professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate research findings, business insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and documentation of research and analytical projects.

Strategy Support:

• Support the development and execution of new business strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather necessary insights and data to inform business decisions.
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
