Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across markets and customer segments.

• Build and manage a robust pipeline through lead generation, cold outreach, and referrals.
• 
  
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
• 
  
• Negotiate, close, and convert high-value deals aligned with monthly and quarterly targets.
• 
  
• Nurture relationships with key clients and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• 
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and risks to inform business decisions.
• 
  
• Coordinate with internal teams—sales, marketing, and operations—for smooth execution.
• 
  
• Represent Jhandewalas Ltd. at trade events, industry forums, and networking meetups.
• 
  
• Provide clear reporting on pipeline, conversions, and strategic opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in

  business development or B2B sales

  (FMCG domain preferred).
• 
  
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to independently close deals.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• 
  
• Solid understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• 
  
• Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• 
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
